The forest in the pure and solemn Meiji Jingu. Forest Terrace Meiji Jingu is located in the inner garden of surrounded by 700,000 square meters of lush forest. The glass-walled building becomes one with the forest and envelops visitors with greenery and light to create a sacred space. The inner garden is filled with chinquapin, evergreen oaks, and camphor trees that project a beautiful scene year-round--new green in the spring, rich green in the summer, and vibrant colors in the fall.

There are three guesthouses that can be used for wedding parties, meetings, and social gatherings as well as restaurants, cafes, and other facilities where you can enjoy the warmth of the wood decor befitting Forest Terrace Meiji Jingu.
